This is a BMW 850i 1:18 scale model from the Maisto "Special Edition" series from 1990.

This scale model was originally issued in the color red metallic, but was subsequently completely repainted in this truly beautiful blue/black paint. So it is a very special model.

It has been completely dismantled manually and 98% assembled after new paint. It was my intention to finish this project, but due to lack of time I just haven't gotten around to it. I also bought it in this condition at the time. A few small items are missing, but can be found.

If you do not want to completely dismantle this scale model, it remains a beautiful item to display on the original base plate in a display case. Naturally including the original packaging.
